I was browsing images, really just trying to relax, and came across this Russian website that had this picture of a Sacred Cow on it. I really like it. Does this ever happen to you? Does a picture ever take on a meaning to you?

Ok, I'm strange. Or maybe not ;)

It's pretty clear what you're referring to. Thank you for the imagery.

yes, pictures catch my attn. But so do things that sneak up on me...like right when they are in front of me and i forget they are there b/c i got distracted for a minute and turn around again and whoa! where did that come from as i crack my head on it...or i lose touch w/a cupboard door, or the car hood, or like the 2 back doors of my suburban yesterday. i am told there is some sort of a spatial time loss or some fancy term for it. i dont know. all i know is i am glad God gave me such a hard head from all the bangs it has taken (incl falling straight on my head w/o anthing else stopping me but the concrete underneath when i was in 5th grade, from about 8-10' up. i cracked a tooth. when i look back at that it was a miracle. just a hair this way or that and my neck would have snapped. but it was a direct straight landing. no concussion. so, yes, things jump oout at me like that also, but pictures too. one time (i didnt have a very good camera), i walked by a swamp and there was a lightbulb in the middle of it. i took a picture but it was one of those vivitars and u coulndt make it out. now i have a 35mm and trying to get back into taking pictures. who knows, maybe one day i will have one of those pictures that will jump out at youse. :-) have a nice day.

I am an artist and I really like the form of birds. My favorite thing to do and the thing that i most often do is collect jpegs of birds from the web. I have tons of them on my comp. Birds are so pretty.

This bird is in Costa Rica if you like birds that is the place to go see them in the wild ... I sometimes wonder if we lived in a place like Costa Rica out in nature would our ADHD be gone ....

I think living in nature with lots of sunny days would definitely improve ADHD!

Now, pictures really do draw my attention (when I saw the Starbucks pic, I was instantly reminded of a loved one) still life or abstract, I love them all, but when I first saw the thread the thing that came to MY mind were search and find puzzels. The words just stand out at me. I watch others desperately look for combinations going backwards, forwards, and horizontally and I just sit there and find...hippopotamus and check it off my list...and look...flower...but that's not on my list...don't know why but I do....oh, or those find Waldo's, pictures in pictures, etc...things like that just stand out at me.

Those green winged macaws are eating clay off of the cliff face to settle their stomachs after eating toxic fruits.
