For the last 2 hours, I've been reading about people complaining about the memory issues Wellbutrin causes. I'm about to start it soon, so...

Occasionally, I see a "I heard it helped someone's memory." but that's it.

So, has anyone with ADHD and memory problems had their memory improved with it? Please share your experiences.

Before I was diagnosed with ADHD, I quit smoking using wellbutrin ten years ago -prescribed by my family doctor. It was one of the most productive periods of my life. Watch the dose if you have anxiety issues is my main warning.

I have been in a state of near permanent brain fog most of my life. Wellbutrin pulled me out of that brain fog. It made me a better communicator, gave me more energy, and slightly improved my memory. Unfortunately, it made me angrier, more arrogant, and has given me physical pain.

I take Bupropion the generic version 300mg every morning. I myself have had pretty good luck with it for depression, but it did not help when I tried to stop smoking years ago. I also take Lorazepam for anxiety and Mirtazapine in the evening before bed.
I frequent this site for information on side effects etc They have an informational page on samples for Wellbutrin - http://www.pharmacydrugguide.com/Wellbutrin_XL_Free_Samples I would definitely get a sample from your doctor if he wants you to give it a try. They also have a Facebook page and I have contacted them through there with some questions I have had. I will give that link if anyone wants to give them a try with questions.
