Beef Teriyaki
Ingredients
350-400g beef steak
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
¼ cup teriyaki sauce
1 tbs dry sherry
2 tsp sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp cornflour
Instructions
Cut beef into thin strips. Mix all ingredients together (except cornflour) and marinate in the fridge.
Before cooking, take out 1 tbs marinate mixture, add one tbs water to this and then add the cornflour to make a smooth paste.
Cook on low heat. Add cornflour once cooked to thicken.
Serve with white rice and Chinese vegies.
