I have tried Prozac shortly but really don't like it. I can't really put a finger on it but ssris kind of are no good. . Is there a real set difference even in all dosing or low doses of snris vs ssris. . In my experience even low dose snris are better and less demotivating than ssris

I agree...Prozac in particular is good for stressful events, or when you just need to chill for a weekend or going on a long vacation and just wanna relax and not obsessively cheking your phone etc. the others are crap. Short acting and too many GI side effects, dizines and all.

I've been having great success lately with taking 2 capsules of 500 mg l-phenylalanine on empty stomach. Best mood lift ever, I actually felt happy and wanted to do things...unlike SSRI which just make me lazy and unmotivated to do anything.

Omg!!!! How is that relevant ? I feel lexapro worked better or had less side effects ? I guess a low Prozac does would be okay ? All I know is it still makes me flat which I don't like . Maybe cymbalta is better

You need to try Cymbalta or Effexor XR and then let us know what works better.

Ugh wellbutrin has helped my drive but I guess when it wears off I crash on 150 xl . Kinda s u c k s . Anyways maybe 300 is better ? 45 how are you on wellbutrin ? Honestly I know it helps me eliminate my depression but for a universal response or complete remission of depressive symptoms I will need to add a ssri or snri
