View Full Version : Lithium Orotate

Hi all,

Has anyone tried Lithium Orotate. I am talking about the lose dose mineral supplement that is available over the counter, not prescription lithium.

I have been doing research online. I have seen people say they have had success with it helping in many areas such as mood, anxiety, brain fog, memory and name recall. I have read that people with alzheimers, depression, bipolar, anxiety and adhd have found it to be helpful.

Because of the toxic effects of prescription lithium, there seems to be a lot of controversy, so I am trying to sort out how I feel about it.

I would like to hear from those who have actually tried it. Thanks.

i take it, and it helps with my insomnia, and i become calmer
but it's not the magic pill for me.

Right now i'm working in a theory that food alergies are triggering my ADHD. Thats why i'm taking VERY high doses of quercetin, grape seed extract and vitamin C

Do you see any help with focus and concentration with the lithium orotate? I've read it helps like ritalin.
