I don't know what it is, but lately i'm always realy tired. I do have a perscription to adderall and it does help me a lot, but i try and use it sparringly as i have an addictive personality.

I don't think i'm depressed, but all i do is mope around the house all day like i'm depressed, i'm always tired, and if i allowed myself to i'd easily sleep 16 hours a day (I was doing this at one point).

I do try and exercise regularly, but i haen't been ot the gym in the past 2 days because i'm sick right now.

Anyone else ever been like this? any solutions?

Other than exercise I rely on food and meditation to keep my energy up. I'm a natural slug apparently. :P

Slow burning fuels like protein works wonders. I try to avoid hot carbohydrates like sugar, white rice, pasta and potatoes. They really such the energy out of me at a frightening rate.

I try and meditate even if for only a few minutes morning and evening. If I'm in gear and can sit several days in a row putting in 20 minutes or so each time I get a very strong boost energy wise from this. It lightens my load wonderfully.

Hope this helps. Cheers! Ian.

Feeling tired is why I went to my doc in the first place. I thought I just worked to hard to finish a construction project. I did'nt think it would be this. I took strattera at first for the same reason you try to watch how much you take. It helped alittle. After about six months I turned into #@#$%^%$#@ Hole to my wife. I stopped taking my meds for a couple of weeks. My wife talked me into going back to my doc. You know what he prescibed. I don't know you does, but I take 20mgs twice a day. Its hard to say. My head is as clear as I ever can remenber. I decided to take the full dose, But what it comes down to is. Its your choice. GOOD LUCK! I KNOW WHAT YOUR GOING THROUGH

Crap, I had a whole post done, but my computer crashed, here's the abridged version:

Before i was sleeping crazy hours and for crazy lenghts of time, now i'm normaly up between 9 and 12 (for the past week i'd say).

I've been trying to eat healthy, and when I do it, it does help a little with energy through the day, but it's so hard to eat healty since it tends to be more expensive and more time consuming..

I still feel like a zombie going through the day though. Taking my adderall does help, but my health insurance is being canceled so i can't afford it anymore. Plus I dont like taking medication at all. I dislike taking a simple tylenol.
