:) I had to let you guys know yesterday was the first day of school with no meds. and it went very great.(even got a smiley in conduct yeeepeee) I sat here on pins and needles just waiting on that phone call but it never came i was so relieved! I met with Tators teacher and she is wonderful!She was already informed about taylors adhd by his last yr. teacher who adored taylor. She told me she had already asked someone to come in with some one on one help for him and would do anything possible to help him have a wonderful yr. I have also decided to take and pick him up this yr. instead of bus and it has help in so many ways he gets to sleep 30 min. later and not in a rush to catch the bus. Mornings last yr. well wasent pleasent in the our household we should say.
Last yr. learning taylor had adhd was a surprize and i wasent prepared this yr. I am ready for anything that gets thrown my way.We started a routine and yesterday it worked great he has his play time, homeworktime, supper time , bath time, and his t.v time. I cant believe how smoothly things went. And when he was ready his book I knew he was really taking it all in he was asking me ? about differnt wods and things i know it dosent sound like much but for tator to really sit down and concentrate without no meds. is a very hard thing.
I know we have a long and sometimes hard road in frount of us but i feel like we can handle it. Well I'll close dident mean to be so long.:p

Sounds like he's making lots of progress without the meds, Tracy.....sitting down and concentrating without any meds....that's just great....you must be thrilled...I hope you and he have a wonderful year:)
