Vegan Panda recipe

Easy to make, low cost, very healty, and very delicious vegan recipe.


Basmati rice
1 red pepper per person
tofu cubes
peanut butter
vegan baking butter
olive oil
garlic powder
chili pepper

- Bake the tofu blocks golden brown in vegan baking butter.
- Cut the red pepper in very small pieces. Bake/heat them with vegan butter in a baking pan with a lid on it for about 10-12 minutes.
- Cook/boil the basmati rice.
- Peanut sauce:
Warm/heat olive oil and add the spices: pepper, chili pepper, and garlic powder. Adding some baked union pieces will make it even more delicious.
Add peanut butter and let it melt.
Add the ketchup and stir.

Mix the baked tofu cubes with the red pepper and put the peanut-sauce on top of this. Serve the rice seperate from the other ingredients.
