It's so easy and NUMMY!

1 - 8oz cream cheese (make sure it's room temp)
1 - 8oz sour cream
1/2 - 1 packet of taco seasoning (add as much as you like)

Mix the above and spread in a pan with low walls (I like to buy the aluminium throw away pizza pan for this)

Chop 1 cup lettuce and 1 cup tomato

Layer on top of the sour cream/cream cheese mixture:
Lettuce
Tomato
Cheddar Cheese (1 C.)


Add a bowl of tortilla chips and you're good to go!
