Past several days, depressed, sad, anxious, angry, but also *sometimes* ideas ideas ideas (which I often feel too tired/overwhelmed to do), also always racing thoughts. That make my head feel like exploding.

And irritability. I think constant irritability, but like, sometimes it's low level but constantly there.

Bothered by almost everything.

Not satisfied with anything.

Also OCD is wayyyyyyyyy worse than usual

A feeling of something being "off" and sometimes experiencing internal pain.

Also all of this seems to ebb and flow and I don't know which "mood" (rage, depressed + energy, irritable, etc) is going to take over next.

I'm constantly grabbing for my klonis

I'm constantly grabbing for my klonis

I have no idea WTF a "klonis" is. Must be a young person's thing?

BellaVita, this is a totally serious Secret Women's Business question:

Which day of your menstrual cycle are you on?

(You count from day one of when your previous period started.)

Also I know certain things make me worse but I want to do them anyway

also trying to act "normal" and that itself bothers me

and pressure from myself to get better

Fair enough. I entirely respect your privacy.

The thing is (and I've only learnt the significance of this in the last five or so years) the ebb and flow of hormone levels throughout the menstrual cycle, and the interaction of these hormones with brain chemicals at different points during the month, have a fundamental influence on the way a women feels / thinks / behavioural stuff. It's pretty basic biology, but most of the women I have ever known (including me!) were not taught it.

It's not a PMS thing, it's different. If you can learn to understand your own cycle, you can learn in an holistic sense how to minimise the downsides, and maximise the upsides, of the interplay of hormones on your brain chemicals, and ergo, your emotional and psychological behaviour.
