I was wondering how this site operates. Is the server at some university or something, and who pays for it?

I was just wondering.

There is a "site Janitor" named Dave. He started this whole ADD forums James. He does several of these. It was started a few years ago actually and has been going strong. The server is not at a university and noone pays for the Forums. Dave designed this out of the goodness of his heart, from what I understand....Andrew/Big is the Site Adminstrator. But no we are not charged anything to be members of this forum because Dave did start this on his own just because he wanted to........Help me please further Andrew, Tara, etc.!!!!:)

David is the owner of the site and of the server that hosts this site. I'm not quite sure where the sever it is. He pays for it out of his own pocket. The site was designed by Vbulliten.

Just saw this discussion and thought I would add to it. David owns the ADD Forums. Tara (livingwithadd) and I are responsible for overseeing things, and the moderators are responsible for managing their own specific areas of the forum.

The forum runs on the vBulletin Forums software, and the look & feel of the forums was designed by Ra.vio http://www.ravio.com/
