View Full Version : Supplement Regime for ADHD

Hi there,
I recently decided to try a few health supplements that are recommended for ADHD and depression (have a mild case of the latter). Was wondering if anyone knows anything about what I am currently taking, and whether they are really beneficial to ADHD (I don't currently take meds). I have quite a few I am taking at the moment and hoping to cut at least one out to lighten my load. Here is what I currently take, daily:

DMAE - 400mg
Mucuna L-Dopa - 500mg
Green Tea Extract - 1.5 mg
Phenylethylamine (PEA) - 500mg
Rhodiola Rosea - 250mg

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
