I was wondering if anyone else with autism has early memories.

My earliest memories are when I was in the cradle (a baby) and every time I would become stressed and cry whenever my favorite song wouldn't play.

I *had* to listen to the same exact song every time I went in the cradle, or else I wouldn't attempt to sleep.

It was part of my routine.

I still remember that song, how it echoed, the words, how it sounded.

I haven't heard it since then though. (Not the exact version anyway)

So yeah, I was wondering if anyone else has early memories (however early) and if so please share.

I have memories from before I was a year old. Mostly related to the house we lived in at the time. I also recall particular toys or items (such as the walker I used).

One thing I find interesting in my earlier memories, is that my reasoning and emotional reactions to situations haven't changed all that much.

Like, when I go back and remember what I was thinking, I would think very similar to that if I had been in the same situation today.
