If you notice the absence of my occasional flurry/spamming/verbal diarhea in the next couple weeks, it's because I'm about to become a dad!

My wife gets induced Monday morning, so I'll be spending the next couple weeks cheerleading my wife's delivery and helping my son and wife get settled back in at home!

And if my posts afterward make less sense than usual, I'll blame the sleep depravation! ;)

I'm excited and terrified; it'll be challenging, but it's a challenge I'm looking forward to.

One of my big worries is that an early step in my mental health recovery was being on a strict sleep schedule, and I've learned that when my sleep is out of whack, everything else starts unravelling too... Knowing this, I'll have to be hypervigilent in the next little while!

Wish me luck!

Congratulations, Dad-to-be, good health and happiness to the three of you, and may your son quickly learn the joys of sleeping through the night!
