with my sleep. I've been doing Weight Watchers for about a month and I haven't been having any sleep troubles. I haven't awaking in the middle of the night not able to fall back to sleep.
I'm not sure if one has to do with the other. I've had sleep problems for most of my life. The only thing I've changed in the past month is my diet. I am trying to be more active but I've been more active in my life time and thin and still had sleep troubles.
Any ideas?
