I can't believe it, but my Parkinson's disease now also(offically!) has dementia attached to it,making the diagnosis: Early-Onset Parkinson's disease dementia.:) The very same neurologist who diagnosed me with PD also now is the only(sole) physician who treats my ADHD with medications(Vyvanse & Amitriptyline). So obviously, I have very good relationship with him.:)

According to a Web MD article Attention deficit disorder in adults is correlated with an increased risked of dementia as ADHD patients age.http://www.webmd.com/add-adhd/news/20110119/adhd-now-dementia-later Which would be fine, only I'm still in my late 20's.However, although very very rare, people have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease as well as dementia as young as me.http://www.express.co.uk/news/showbiz/571229/Michael-J-Fox-opens-up-Parkinson-s-diagnosis-Letterman :( http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/real-life-stories/daughter-diagnosed-dementia-aged-29-2336170.
