Honestly? Xanax. It works.

Try reminding yourself "That was then, this is now." It isn't happening now.

Here in the States they're doing some work with Propranolol and therapy to
sort of 'erase' those memories. But I'm allergic to Propranolol.

It took me a long time to remember how to spell it, but I needed to know
since I'd had an anaphylactic response to it so I can list it on forms when
I see a new doctor.

Crank up some favorite music and dance around the room, or head to the mountains to hike and notice the beauty, or take a drive in the country side with loud jams playing, or grab my favorite mandala coloring book and the fine tip markers or pencils and color 'til my heart's content, or go play in the garden, or take the camera for a walk and enjoy the surprises of all the cool shots I got once I get the memory card to the computer, or take my Native American flute out on the deck steps and play for the birds, or cook something comforting and nurturing, or make some hot herbal tea with stuff I've foraged for..................................etc. (((((Hugs))))) and hopes of swift relief.

I can't say anaphalactic shock (I just tried and how I spelled it is how it comes out of my mouth):confused:
