New Member (I will be posting myself in the new member section after this)

I am taking 72 Mg of concerta (36 mg in the AM, 36 mg at noon). 6' 2" 235 lbs. The effects are working and I am seeing MUCH better concentration and better overall feeling during that time at work. But around 6 or 7 when I get home, the effects wear off and I find myself back to having that feeling of dullness and not having any umph or passion to want to do the things I used to enjoy.

SO my question is this. Is there anything extra that could be taken at night that is short lasting to allow my night to be the same so my family life is as nice as my work life now is? I just hate getting so much done at work and being "me" again there, but then coming home and falling back into the "Dullness and no passion for many things until the next day."

I see my doctor again in two days....your help is greatly appreciated....

Or any other ideas you have to help me out for my nights.

Telling your doctor what's going on is the best method. They might prescribe a small extra dose to be taken just before the main one wears off.
