By generating different network topologies - requiring extensive myelination - we can alter a circuit which requires a specific neurone to fire - into a network which uses redundancy to 'spare' the individual neurone, but still retain the function that that neurone contributes to.

So - human experience (what we attend to) driving (completely conditionally) neural circuits re-arraying into neural networks - in effect 'solidifying', strengthening, rendering us more sensitive in a functionality which we teach the CNS is useful in life.

The problem - it appears that we can develop sensitivity in neural facilities which are not useful in life.

The need to strive towards quality in life-affirming and not life-destroying behaviours.

So - if stress promotes oligodendrogenesis which is essential in white matter / connectivity - is stress bad.

As ever distress <- eustress -> distress.

Can we feel learning as stressful ?
The process of learnign results in us extending ourselves beyond ourselves.

If we imagine an individual who has formed a world-view which is set in stone - there is difficulty in turning this around -it produces stress in widespread remodelling of the mind to make the mind fit available data.

The key - to have an open mind.

Why do people not have an open mind ?
Perhaps you get paid (primitve reward -> reward reinforcement) to do something and so cannot see how pointless it is ie alter one's mind to believe tit to be of species use.
Perhaps one obtains primitive reward (ie looking down at people) ie defining oneself as not one of various groups (woman, poor, coloured, homosexual) - and so derive a false sense of pride in not being a member of a defined group.

If you're addicted to a workplace assignment (money) or addicted to the illusion of power which places you above other people (classic -ISMs) - then it will be hard for the individual to see the truth of the lack of need for their workplace assignment, and that there's no human hierarchy - all people are (of course) equal.

Some level of altering neural structures to make oneself intrinsically better.

Eustress associated with strengthening, through network formation - capacity.
An individual's capacity improved by strengthening useful neurones by distributing their contribution.

Full conectivity of ideas - would mean that an individual would understand their own context.

The general principle underlying this idea is -

the generation of an emergent type - and then the distribution of this emergent type into a species-level structure.

This allows each evolutionary layer to operate, one on top of the next - without fear of previous abstraction layers going wrong.

By definition - when a new abstraction layer is begun - previous layers must be complete.

Memory - all people know that what is remembered is only a tiny of fragment of all of the information that an individual is exposed to.

What defines the line between an optimal and a sub-optimal memory ?

What is the difference between knowledge and understanding ?

There is some connection between knowledge and memory - that is - that if we understand something - we don't need to remember it - as we can work anythign we need to know out from the first principles demarcating a mind built on the principles of understanding.

Note - several years ago -
the need to work everything out from first principles - and the finding that 'mathematical analysis' does not begin from first principles ... ... first principles need to be defined by the mechanics of emergent evolution.

Maths is derived (mirrors) the process by which (the underlying process by which) - reality unfolds. There is a pattern.

So - maths - can predict the future ?
No - it can only provide the mechanism to which evolution will operate - but what ever 'detail' is being used in the current abstraction layer - being used to develop into species-wide distribution - it cannot foretell.
Simply to take the novel feature and then to predict how it will distribute.

Our brains develop in the 'learning' environment in which they'e placed.
The networks which form will attempt to shield useful neurones by distribution.
Those more useful neurones need not be involved in behaviours whch're useful ie ae consistent with health.
These more sensitive circuits can produce maladaptive as opposed to responses which improve our quality of life.
As an esample - imagine the individual who grows 'paranoid' in each and every human interaction after a lifetime of fighting for survival - the brain develops to shield the individual from attack.
A battle-hardened neural network isn't useful in leading an individual into satisfying personal quality; yes - it's a quality - just not a useful quality for individual betterment within species context.


Stress (having 2 definitions) - with + learning and - learning embracing defintiions of stress - need be harnessed in a + learnign environment towards producing adaptive (the individual getting better, using the better reward system) - responses.The process of distribution of networks - towards the fully connected - redundant model of topology - must require extreme connections to be laid/white matter/myelin/oligodendrocyte function ... ... we simply need to be sure that that to which we attend generates selection pressure for neural networks which improve our quality of life.

What we're observing - see Markram/HCP is the production of hyperfunctional micro-circuits stipulating increased sensitvity in the material world - with (of course) - the need for appropriate education/learning environment.

The neat part of this idea is that we re-characterize the human mind.

These 2 emotion inducing paths in life feed off one another, are not mutually compatible - develop one and the other is lost -

the drive to 'war' is what being human is all about transcending.

The human mind (when complete) unequivocally states that the entire idea of beating another person is below us -

- completely rejects any form of non-collaborative viewpoint.

But what we generate isn't a tedious world where everybody holds hand and sings 'kumbaya' around a campfie - because that's boring.

All we want is a mode of understanding between all people, all animals, all minerals which permits individual human beings to develop to the maximum of their desire.

To do this - all that we need to do - is uncover creative potential by eliminating the human desire to parasitize other human beings (eg rentier capitalism) - and allowing people to freely associate in a manner which personally satisfies.

It's interesting to note - by analyzing the words (as mirrors on the mind) - that individuals (most notably in the world's recent dictators) just aren't very clever.

This is because to embrace war is to destroy mind.

How can one hope to make sense and to echo sense when the individual is chasing a model of behaviour which is without sense.

So - jumping into the mind of the individual who embraces war - what is required is (for the individual to embrace such models of behaviour) - the belief that these're correct. The belief has to be a 'reasonable' argument to the mind of the individual embracing war - and since war is completely unreasonable - the mind is required to become unreasonable (illogical) in order to justify the individual's worldview.
