how do you know when your add medicine is working? obviously when you get more stuff done than usual, but what if you're lazy by nature?

i think you will have to rely on the information from people who know you. they can better gauge the effect your meds are having on you. you yourself are probably not the best judge.

I never notice when mine is working only other people notice that is working. The meds don't always make you do more work they make you concentrate on things for longer periods of time. So don't be put off by how your work load is going.

:D sushix, I feel uniquely qualified to answer, as someone who's extraordinarily lazy by nature.

Actually, being so lazy makes it much easier to see when the meds are working, since I go from getting nothing at all done to getting something done. As ichpuchtli says, if you're concentrating more, then it's not always necessarily a quantifiable amount of work that gets done, but at least you make progress.

Also, in my case, the meds help that pesky depression a bit, so I feel better. I may not get any more work done, but at least I stop worrying about being lazy!:D
