I just want to say how happy I am that I have found these forums. For 10 years, I have never told anyone about my ADD. Only my immediate family knows I have the disorder. This has led to much isolation when it comes to ADD issues.

I can't explain how great it feels to read some of these threads and scream "ME TOO!!!"

I look forward to contributing to and reading these forums!

This place was the begining of the end of my isolation too. Glad to hear this fits for you.

The forums as been nothing but great help for me, eventho i did not think it would at first. It actually did, i am opening up more and more with people here, nad getting positive feedback from a bunch of a great people , is even more help.

Sorry to hear you felt so bad about disclosing your ADD. I hope knowing that SO many people have it makes you feel more comfortable with it. You're smart for getting the help you need, and lucky for finding people who are in the same boat.

welcome it is good to have you here. I love coming here too. I feel apart of a major community.

This is the place to heal :) We are islands unto ourselves until we have other ADDers around us.
