My symptoms have been getting worse and worse. I've always been interested in Autism bc it seems to be getting more and more common, especially in developed countries, and the symptoms are similar to ADD PI. And a while ago I thought of the idea, what if it's polution that's the main contributing factor. But then I thought, what if it's similar to this, but it's our modern lifestyle, being inside and living in ****ty air all day.
Anyway, I am curious if anyone on here uses or has used a CPAP, and wondered what the effect was on their symptoms?

Autism is a neurological difference. (Although it is a disability)

And it's probably not getting more common in the way you suggest, it's just that more people are receiving a proper diagnosis.

I don't honestly think the symptoms are similar to ADHD-PI or any form of ADHD, although there are some things here and there that are somewhat similar.

A CPAP will help if you suffer from sleep apnea. Sleep apnea could indeed make your ADHD symptoms worse. Have you been tested?
