I have been losing weight little by little since last June. I was 140 and now I am in the 20's. My doctor had me come in for a to get weighed today and I lost another pound. :p I know I went off Neurotin back in November. She did a thyroid test today. I see here in 6weeks for a cholestrol test and all that stuff. I do need to exercise to get muscles. I feel like I am loosing muscle compared to when I was in ballet class 5 yrs ago. I lost a lot of my toning and muscle. :eyebrow:

I do eat but I eat small amounts. Sometimes it is hard to remember to eat lunch if I am running around going places on the bus.Well just at lose of what to do.

Well if you are worried about toning, can you go back to ballet or some other dance class that you enjoy?

If you are worried about not eating enough, would it help to take snacks with you (nutritious) so you can nibble thru them instead of lunch?

I always thought that your input and output would balance out eventually and weight should stabilize.

Hi crime scene,

Yeah taking snack with me is a good idea. sometime, I go out without knowing how long I will be and do things like earands at the last minute. Spontaneous is the word I was looking for.
I have always been self conscious of my weight. I dont want to take any med that make me gain weight. I loved my ballet class but they took away my scholarship and i cant aford them I am on government funding. I do need to tone up because I lost so much since last june. I was 140 and now I am 122 approxiamately if I havent lost any more.

Aunt Chris -

Since you were big into ballet prior, (As per CS), why don't you look into getting a pilates video or joining a class? Dancers have used pilates to help achieve that lean toned look. It should be fun and easy for you. :D
