In Dr. Barkley's lecture http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XYmPWq8QPQg he speaks about people's thought process and when you're doing something simple your mind wanders to schedules, relationships, to do lists, what's coming up, and such. I'm wondering if that's what you experience?

I find I have to struggle in the extreme to think about those types of things and if not actively trying I slip into the 'mind fog' or latch onto the most interesting thing I can find near me.
