What supplements would you suggest to take in the afternoon to assist with afternoon tiredness?

Currently in the AM I am taking:

- B-Complex 50
- D3 1600 IU
- Wellbutrin 150mg
- Sometimes B12 1000 MCG

For the afternoon - what can I do? Do I add take B12, D3 or B-Complex to assist with this.

Should I manage the D3 with 800 IU in the morning and 800 IU in the afternoon??

What do you personally take?

I take on and would suggest a regimen of exercise.

Nothing I have found works quite as well.

That said, a moderate lunch can help, and there’s nothing wrong with a nap.

Cheers,
Ian

Im not sure if there are any supplements that will specifically battle the tiredness and stuff from the afternoon. Sometimes you have to listen to your body and rest.

I have a big cup of coffee and take a real fast power nap and then go back what must be done.

The exercise doesn't have to be real heavy duty either.. I am on Welbutrin and it really seems to boost its effects when I go for an hour walk in the morning....I don't get to do it everyday and I can see a difference in my overall mood and energy. Bike riding is my go to in the nice weather, again, just enough to break a little sweat for at least 30 minutes is working for me.
