I love the fact I'm me. I'm unique with a good heart. An imperfect system.

This is a great thread! Thanks Psycho :) But it makes me realise how hard it is saying the positive things without thinking about the negatives too.

I love my creativity and drive, my energy and zest for life, my honesty and kindness.

Agree with bluejay. I spend so much time looking for, and trying to convince others, about the good in themselves and tend to disregard and overlook it in my own self.

I love that I've been able to stick with letting go of the hardest things I've ever tried to quit in my life in order to let my body heal and function as it was naturally meant to.

I love that I question everything to the extent of finding the most helpful things, as they apply to self.

I love that I have such a treasure chest full of hard-learned experiences to share with others.

I love that I've finally learned, and repeatedly verified in my day to day living, just how powerful something as seemingly simple as our breath can be in every situation.

I love that I finally feel healthily loved by self.

I really struggled with that. I first prefaced my line with a lot of qualifiers and negatives but then deleted them thinking they aren't really in the spirit of the thread.

yep! I really had to resist the urge to balance my positives with negatives. It's so hard being 100% positive about myself. It makes me feel soooo uncomfortable. But that's why this is such a great thread <3

I love how caring & compassionate I am for others. I truly care about others well being, feelings & happiness.

If I can help just 1 person a day cheer up, it'll make my everyday 😊
