.Keyboard still sticking, so words will be brief. Janet's sister Pyzi died about a month ago, so I went back to Michigan to stay for a couple of weeks, one of the things we did was pick out a patio set for her deck, and a swing set for the backyard. the patio set was easy to put together and 3 of us worked on it .but the swing set I did by myself except for the canopy . I had to file a couple of the holes to get the big springs to fit . hied myself to the hardware store, purchased a round coarse file which I knew about cause I have one in my tool kit, but that was at home in California I am really proud of this !

well, let's be specific about this .I put it together , I didn't think I could do it, but it turned out to be pretty easy .had to replace a couple of washers, lost them in the grass. and there were 6 bars that were identical, the 2 short cross bars on the frame, and the 4 bars that attach to the seat, ( 2 on each side) then go together at the top to hang from the big springs. when I got it all together, 2 of the holes that the spring goes through were too small by just a tiny fraction of an inch, so I hied myself to the hardware store, where I purchased a coarse round metal rasp/file, came back and filed those suckers for about 5 minutes each and enlarged the hole big enough to push the spring end through .now THAT I am proud of !

Forgot to say, it's ever so much fun to swing in too ! Janet is so short, she can lie down on it !
