Just had a few questions.

1) Did most of you go to your primary care doc to get diagnosed?

2) Does anyone have a link to the full list of symptoms? I took the Adult ADD questionair, but I don't really trust the drug companies ability to to provide an unbiased test

Haha, strike question two. I can see it is there in the read before you post I guess it must be tough rinning a forum with bunch of ADD people who keep forgetting to reed the rules...look a bird! :D

i believe i went to my primary doc when i was diagnosed but that was when i was like 6 or 7 ... i dunno something like that ...
i dont think the drug companys come up with the tests either

Hi and welcome to the forums!!!

I went to my primary doctor for my original dx; but, since I also have anxiety, PTSD, OCD and depression he referred me to an excellant therapist who was able to fit me in right away.

You can find an online test for ADD at Bigs Place (www.bigsplace.com). It's exactly the same test I took at my primary doctor's office. The therapist had a lot more questions but they ran along the same lines.
