I have a coping question. I need pointers!!!
I am in college, so I sit in class all the time. BUT I also go to the gym everyday, and I work at a job that keeps me moving. I also get out of the house a lot and do physical activity. Not to mention I am always on the go anyway. The problem is I am ALWAYS restless like I have way too much pent up energy. I have this tense feeling that causes almost 100% of the time now. I try so many things to get rid of it by releasing energy but it just wont go away. I can't sit still in my classes, I can't sleep, and so I try to release the tension in ways like talking too much or too fast...I cant even READ slow enough! I have no idea what to do about it, but I really need to get rid of this tense feeling.
My non-ADD friends don't know this tense feeling, so now Im wondering if you guys know it. I don't know how to describe it..so I'm hoping you understand....
