Usually in summers I go out at 2am or 3am to hang around in the sun.
I am not that guy who get easy burnt by the sun, but ...

... this year I have been out from 1-3am closed to the water and burnt
all my skin exposed to the sun. I was horrible for 3-4 days. Now 14 days
later all my skin is peeling. It looks very similar to neurodermatitis.

This is not usual. I did not peel for decades. The reason must be in the
amphetamine medication.

Is it a know side-effect to become suddenly sensitive to sun. I think this
is a severe side-effect.

I doubt it's due to amphetamine, you could have just gotten really bad exposure to the sun. Amphetamine has never caused this issue for me and I'm a pasty white as people can be. Don't attribute everything due to your meds.

I take it you live in a polar area?

No issues myself or in any of my readings that amphetamines have that effect. Maybe a quick googling of the symptoms and working it backwards to you? In any event, I would involve your PCP. Regards, -LN
