Believe it or not I am multi=tasking right now. I am
1) posting and reading on this forum
2) reading "The Rise and Fall of the Thrd Reich" by William Shirer
3) Telemarketing for my dad's wedding videoography business

I can actually concentrate better doiing all these things at ounce rather than seperatley. Is this just another example of the way we ADDers work or what?

that is definitely an example of the way we work. I cannot do only one thing at a time..no way. Id go nuts!

I am also juggling several things at the moment .......a weird combination.
Cruising ADD forum, eating Peanuts, painting fingernails, writing my aunt, watching a movie and listening to my husband snore :)

I don't know if you can consider all of the above tasks, but I feel like my time is wasted if I dont juggle at least two things at once.

Yes, I used to the same but I've been fighting with myself to give up this habbit and I don't know I'm right about this or not, but it helps. I used to put things in small chunks like 10 minutes and for 10 minutes I was doing task A for the the next 10 minutes I was doing B and then switched back to A and B and like this, I'm on 40mg Ritalin and it hasn't helped me with sustained attention, wish someone someday writes a book or sth and teaches a number of these tricks to ADD people, or maybe we should do it?

Downfall to multi small chunk tasking (what a phrase!) would be distraction between works and low efficiency but if thats how the ADD mind works, maybe it'll be better than not being able to focus at all.
