If you take 10 boys,
ages 10 and 11,
and 7 of them are adhd,
what do you do
if one of them has a birthday?

This is a really great, easy, inexpensive, and super fun birthday idea for moms with boys.
My son enjoys this so much that he wants to do it every year....this is the 4th year.

Invite all of the boys in his class and any other friends included. The more the merrier.
Print a flyer with instructions to a local park and a note to bring a water gun and towel.
Order a few pizzas, inflate some smiley face balloons, buy bakery birthday cake and party favors.

There is virtually no planning, the boys entertain themselves.

The adhd kiddos can run and carry on and release all of that nervous energy and the non-adders have a blast too.

You don't have to worry about your plants being trampled or mud tracked into your house. You don't need to keep up with them at an amusement park and you don't need to shell out big bucks.

You can plop down into your folding chair and watch the show!

You should try this, it is so fun! The boys are upset when parents come to pick them up.

Party favors.....spend a dollar per boy at the dollar store and consider these treat options ..flying disks, foam footballs, huge bottles of bubbles....anything outdoor compatible.

We have an older neighborhood city park that is quiet but still has a hose pipe and playground equipment and a nature trail. This is the ideal setting for this kind of party.

Just wanted to share this because we had such a BLAST today! :)
