I can't believe how relieved I feel at the dx. I will be starting vyvanse and hopefully I can become a better person for my family. I really thought what I went through every day was normal. It is amazing what a doctor's validation will do for you.

Yes it is amazing. Best of luck. It can take a while but for me meds made a huge difference. :)

Congratulations with passing your exams :D ;)

I hope you will have great benefit from medication, it can truly be life changing. Keep in mind though that it often takes more than meds alone, to go in the direction where you want to be.

Thanks guys . Vyvanse was $191 WITH a coupon from the doc . So he switched me to adderall.

Damn that's expensive.

But congratulations on the diagnosis. Hopefully it brings you piece of mind and allows you to advance your life in positive ways.

That's a lot of money . For how many days is that, if I may ask?

30 days. Without the coupon it was more than $250. And I have insurance!

That is really a lot of money each month. In my country we are privileged that (almost) all ADD meds are fully covered with basic health insurance.
