Sad fact is people know it's hard and most won't want to accept that. Most does not mean all, keep positive, be open and good luck.

Yes, it is simple to date when you have ADHD and your son has autism.

Let me explain .... only you can decide how you choose to approach a situation.

Like digging a big hole .... it's easy to understand but takes a lot of effort to complete and you will only ever get out what you put in.

So, that being said let's continue .....

I'm a very systematical person so I'll just bullet point what I would do if I were you.

I'm assuming you are female.

- Get diagnosed correctly for ADHD. Many people are mid-diagnosed,
- Have a written fail safe plan that will allow you to manage your life with ADHD,
- Be clear on what you can bring to a relationship. (Google ...The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman,
- Be clear what you are looking for, (ie. someone who will accept your son)
- Work on building your confidence up (I use audio tapes while driving)
- Focus more on yourself and be the best person you can be and trust me ... the men you want will cross your path when the time is right :)

Here's a few youtube links that will help get you going in the right direction ...

You will find an "amazing person" who is perfect for you when you become the "amazing person" somebody else is looking :)

I hope this helps :)
