if i take vyvanse 9 am it lasts till like 330 then i take adderall ir and im good til like 715. the important things i need to do Job/AA meetings go on until 9 pm but it seems stupid to ask her to alter anything cuz its so close to perfect :-( but when u wanna leave the meeting and rush to get out of work so ur doing a less than perfect job it sounds like a big deal i need another hour and 45 minutes

Ok, a completely different idea.

What about a complete endocrinologic check?

Dont you muddle up something?

Endocrinology is about hormones. Hormones are the transmitters of the body.
I think about pancreas as first level of metabolism. I think about adrenal gland
also called endocrinic glands as root of hormones like adrenaline and the steroids
aldosterone and cortisol. The medulla produces the catecholamines adrenaline
and noradrenaline, which function to produce a rapid response throughout the
body in stress situations. Did you doc check your thyroid? I am sure he did.
But is it perfect?

It is about the connection from the body to the brain. Just as an idea, but
nothing else and to throw in new thoughts if not forbidden because of a lack
of evidences in under-developed neuro-science. If there is only a little to
make better it also has an effect on our brains.

I don't know about you guys, but I'd really watch the caffeine when taking Vyvanse. I still drink it, but I've had to cut waaaay back from my pre-medicated levels, otherwise it really ramps up my nerves.

So the Vyvanse lasts for ~6 hours (starts pooping out at 6.5 hours). You're looking for 12 hours of coverage. Don't know how long it takes for Vyvanse to kick-in for you, but taking a 2nd Vyvanse ~3PM looks about right if your Insurance formulary is ok with it. Whatever regimen you come up with, getting to sleep may become an issue, but you'll need to make the change to actually find out. HTH, -LN

PS Just kinda surprised that you're using Adderall as 2nd dose as opposed to dexedrine.

Thanks for mentioning it!
I had my thyroid tested a few months ago where I had very bad TSH results (0.01). However, the TSH levels went up by itself for some reason (I am going to test them again soon), but the symptoms remained!
As regards to the complete endocrinologic check you mentioned, is there a specific test that checks the whole endocrinology in my body?

Thanks
