I can't remember the last time I had a pap test...years. I have a lump on the back of my neck that I think should really get checked out! And yet I put it off and put it off. I'd feel pretty stupid if I had something seriously wrong w/ me. And I still put it off. Actually..half the time I put it off and the other I just forget to make the appt. Why do I do this:rolleyes:

Hi Stuggling,

Can't say for sure about you. Only you can decide. :) However, I behave this way when I am seriously depressed. I act as if I do not value myself. If I also have the big S on my brain, I have been known to see bad health as an easy way out.

This past two years I procrastinated about dental checkups. Finally I decided to take action. The crown alone which the dentist will use to save a broken tooth will cost me over almost $1,000. I wish I had been more proactive. $1,000 buys a lot of low carb. :(
