150mg Wellbutrin are too much for me. I wish there were 50mgs.
My doc told me not to split the pill because it can make an epileptical
attack. I one dissolved it in water to understand the pill.
It looks some layers of thin plastics or waxed paper.

Does anyone dissolve Wellbutrin in water to decrease the dosage?

By the sounds of it, you've got extended release tablets there and splitting it is a bad idea. Your doc is correct.

no need to be so snarky. I think Bill was just echoing what your doctor said. You say you saw what it looked like in the water. Did you then ingest is?

You are right it was snarky and I would not dare drinking it, nope!

Rationally it should be ok to drink 1/24 every hour.

No, I don't think anyone else does, and I'll reiterate it's a really bad idea to tamper with sustained-release medication.

Not to mention it would be a huge pain the azz to remember drinking 1/24 of the solution every hour. Would you be carrying around a dropper or some sort of titration device to precisely measure out 1/24 of the total volume of solution every hour? And unless you want to drink filler material, you'd have to filter your solution as well.

Have you asked your doc about going to an instant-release formulation? There's a 75 mg pill. With instant-release, you can break them in half to adjust dosage.
