I took Ritalin when I was 7 years of age.
then when I was 16 I started Adderall.
A month or two before I turned 22 I was no longer ADHD.
I liked being on Adderall though let me tell you Adderall XR 5 MG
just be very careful with that dose. I heard of Strattera
though not sure I've heard other's didn't like it at all and got off it
quite quickly. If I take Adderall 5MG and cut them in half maybe
it'll be alright. Though since I'm ADD now the Adderall
won't slow me down will it??? or is Adderall for both ADHD/ADD.

What makes you think you've outgrown your ADHD? People tend to get less hyper, and the symptoms manifest in different ways. Just because you have ADHD doesn't mean you can't learn coping mechanisms, just like the rest of the population.

For the sake of practicality, and with current treatments, there is essentially no reason to distinguish between ADD and ADHD. People will outgrow the -H, but not the inattention, and may have persisting anxiety, restlessness, or impulsivity.

Adderall is still effective in adults, and in primarily inattentives.

yeah...but I would have to take a low dose wouldn't I,
I would have to cut them in half right???

No, you take a dose that is effective. Generally 10-30mg/day. The range can go from 5 to in very rare cases 120 mg per day.
