Hi all,

My Ritalin quit working so my doctor put me on Adderall. That never worked so he put me on Focalin. That worked some days and didn't other days. Then it quit working after 6 hours. Well today I took Focalin at 7:45 and it didn't work at all so out of sheer frustration I took a Ritalin at 11:30. Within 20 minutes I was feeling much better. I was able to focus on one project at a time and get them done. So now the question is what happened? Any ideas??
....thanks so much!!! Tamye

Focalin is a special kind of Ritalin.

Ritalin contains fifty percent each, of two versions of itself, roughly described as the right-hand-twisted version and the left-hand-twisted version. Medically, the two versions have slightly different effects.

Focalin has been processed to remove the left-handed molecules, sort of like going through a bag of M&Ms and taking out all the green ones.
