I say that Adderall shouldn't be prescribed till
the age of 16, that Ritalin shouldn't be prescribed
till 14 and that if on these medication stimulants
you "must" take holiday's for example if your on Adderall
for three months. Let's say Januaray till March...then
in April for the whole month you have to go holiday.
You take every three months and 1 month after the three months.
So that's 3 months off all together...in a year...
Also it's my strong opionion that you must get weighed by the pysch.
no matter what age so that your on the proper dose for your height, weight. Also if you start to recluse, get depressed, or feel any "huge grandious feeling" tell somebody immediately and take a few months holiday, or you might have to lower your dose, whatever you do, do not tinker with the medicine.
