I know we are more prone to a certain type of dementia. So thought I'd share this.

I don't think the results on whether a high fat, low carb diet are 100% confirmed but it sounds promising.

The low carb part certainly helps from the sounds of the article. Plus, it does seem to make weight loss a lot easier. I'm not doing the ketogenic diet but I have cut down a lot on carbs and it's the first time in my life I've ever had consistent weight loss.

Note, I'm not sure you can do a ketogenic diet as a vegan. It seems almost impossible to get that amount of fat daily on all veggies and fruits.

I should say, I'm not sure what a ketogenic diet would do to someone long term. You'd think it'd be hard on the liver .

But low carb does seem to help in my opinion

I do ketogenic eating, and I know that I'm less foggy on it. Long term studies of Ketogenic diets have been very favourable.
