I would stay a mile away from any non-life-sustaining medication as an expectant mother. That's just me though. And I'm not a female. If I were a to-be father, planning on conceiving a child with my wife, I would insist she stop her ADHD medication, absolutely insist. I would stop mine as well without any hesitation, without a moment's reflection on its effects on me, because obviously thinking of myself at this stage is so incredibly greedy, it's unfathomable. If my wife found it hard to cope without her medication, I would support, without limit, emotionally, etc.

While the evidence either way isn't clear cut, this just seems to be the only sensible option until we have God-like knowledge. Why would you want 9 to 10 months of ADHD medicine, which may have uncertain effects on a child for 100 years thereafter?
