i was woundering what type of meds you all take .

Addreral Xr 30 mg helps me so much , but for only 5-6 hours
then im ****ed all day. so then i take 10 mg valium , now i fell fine .
what do u guys take . ?

have you thought of taking a booster of Adderall IR later on in the day?

It doesn't last as long as the XR, so it shouldn't effect your sleeping much.
Maybe you wouldn't be kaput for the day if you try a booster of IR.

For ADHD, I take Adderall XR 20mg, but I'm building up a tolerance to it. I seem to do that to all of the longer-acting versions of the stimulants, which do NOT last all that long. I tried talking to my pdoc about taking the IR in the afternoon, but he said no, so I'm going to ask him about taking JUST IR, instead of the XR. I just haven't had any luck on any extended release formulas. SO, you're not alone there. :)
