Okay, I know this has probably been discussed heavily before. LOL. But, what are some organization strategies you've developed that work successfully?

I found this book to be immensely helpful and insightful. Helps you to understand your facets of the diagnosis and use them productively.

It was suggested by my psychiatrist. I highly recommend it!!
