If I take my Meication(Concerta36mg) with Red Bull or supplements that helps to loose pounds; am I gonna have problems?

It depends what the supplements are, But with Concerta, do you still need the diet pills? It should suppress your appetite.

I am 5-11, 195 pouds, it's not that much; but I still have to loose about 15 to 20 pouds; and the Concerta is not helping stop my apettite(spells like that?) Sorry!
About the supplement I think is 60% of green tea... pretty much herbals.

Are you sure about that? I was told by a doctor that the appetite suppression disappears after thirty days. I can say for sure that the appetite suppression definitely wore off when taking regular Ritalin.

I don't know about that, because some people eat a little, others a little be more, and others a lot (like me:D)...
