I am leaving for vacation to our family beach house,my script is not due for another 2 weeks,but will be without for 1 1/2 weeks,do I dare try to call and ask for script before I leave or do without,or would they possibale post date so I can fill while I am gone,thanks

In our case, we are able to pick up the physical prescription piece of paper from the doctor, and since our pharmacy is Walgreens, we can refill it at any Walgreens.

I would highly suggest that you do not go without. This is the last thing that your doctor would want either. People go on trips all the time (including the doctors.) Give them a call and ask what you should do. Plus you can call your pharmacy and/or insurance company to see how soon it can be refilled.

I don't know what state or country you are in, but unless you are going to some tiny island or town that may not have Adderall, you should be OK.

I would definitely call your doctor. Who knows, they may have 2 weeks worth of samples for you.

They can post-date the prescription. Pharmacies will not fill prescriptions for controlled substances even one day prior to the written date so your doctors shouldn't worry.
