First I was on Concerta 18mg for two weeks, now I am on Concerta 36mg for other two weeks; I don't feel any diference yet.

What's is the best choice for the better treatment? Increase the dosage of my medication? Combined with another medication or just swith to another one?

LOL no medication will increase self esteem thats something only you can fix either on your own or maybe with a therapist.

Other then that I suggest you find a doctor that does know about ADHD meds. Why risk your health with someone that doesn't know what they are doing.
