Use a cookie sheet pan.
I also use parchment paper on my cookie sheets.

What kind of cookie sheet pan? LOL

Someone told me to use an air foam pan. Do you know anything about those?

Is that self rising or plain flour...........tell me to go away if I become the "gourmet" pest. :D

These are shortbreads not like a regular chocolate chip cookie.
I don't want anyone to be confused by the name you gave them.

I would like to state that I have gone to the grocery store and bought yet another bag of chocolate chips and intend to make the "short"bread cookies "shortly". Stori813, please don't tell "the kid". ;)

If the chocolate chips make it into the cookies this time.
Instead of someone who shall remain nameless eating them
I won't have to tell him. Now will I? :D :D
