I have been diagnosed with add for eight years now and have run the gammut of add meds. For me adderall is by far the best and the cleanest of all of the meds that are out there and just for claritys sake i am talking about the IR form of the med. I am now on a steady does of 15mg four times a day and have never felt better or done better at my job (I am a marketing executive). I found rittlin to be "dirty" more of a shakey high than a help. I found Dexedrine to work well for a while but it has a way of making your body require higher doeses to get the same effect.

I keep seeing messages like this. I'm on Concerta, and I was just at my Dr's today and asked him about adderall. He said the effects wouldn't be that different from Concerta. He seems to be pushing me towards straterra.
