I am on Strattera 40 mg since two weeks know and I take it in the morning. I didn't notice any improvement yet but I experience some side effects. I feel tired and have to stand up slowly to avoid loosing consciousness.

If I take it before going to bed, I guess that I will have fewer side effects during the day but is it going to have an impact on its effectiveness (that I’m still waiting for). What’s have been your personal experience?<O:p</O:p

Jackinbox, do you usually have low blood pressure?

I had similar but less severe side effects that was probably caused by lower(than my normal) blood pressure. Gradually(2 weeks), my blood pressure returned to normal and then returned for about a week when I increased my dosage from 40 to 80mg.

Also, my doctor instructed me change the time of intake if it helps the side effects. The effectiveness does not vary much with when you take it.

No, I don’t. Also, I feel that my muscles are not as strong as before. I get tired just by climbing the stairway even if I’m used to climb mountains…
